I’m a customer service professional of 15+ years running multi-million dollar retail operations in the Southeast and Western regions of the USA. In addition, I built a cradle to the grave remote-agent-based freight brokerage that served government hazardous materials over-the-road.  Amongst other skillsets, I have first hand experience working in the final mile, building relationships with carriers, distribution centers, and shippers who experience the challenges logistics delivers everyday. Due to the amount of untimely deliveries, lack of communication, and all other obstacles, I decided elevate my supply chain acumen in all facets and leveraged my experience into a full service trucking operation with an intentional focus on Safety, Service, and Solutions. When I created this company I didn’t want to be just another MC number. I wanted to become a solution specialist for Owner Operators, Fleet Owners, Shippers, Freight Forwarders and Brokers alike. My goal is to provide value to those I work with which is why this company is founded on three principles: Integrity, Efficiency, & Solutions.
